Agreement and operator

These Terms form an agreement between you and BridgeWave Trade Limited, which operates Cain and publishes the app on Google Play under BridgeWave. They cover profiles, available discovery, text and selected media, voice messages, one-to-one audio and video calls, support, moderation, safety operations, and related policy pages.

The Privacy Policy and Child Safety Policy are part of these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not create an account or use Cain.

Who may use Cain

You must be 18 or older. Keep registration and profile details reasonably accurate, protect your sign-in information, and tell us if you believe the account is being used without permission. Do not impersonate another person, misstate your age, or open an account for someone else without authorization.

Activity under your account is normally your responsibility, except where applicable law makes that responsibility unenforceable. We may request limited ownership details to protect an account or respond to a safety concern.

Communication features

Cain may let adults maintain profiles, discover other profiles where available, exchange text and user-selected photos or videos, send voice messages, and start one-to-one audio or video sessions. Features can vary by release, device, location, or account status. Cain does not promise a match, relationship, identity verification, background check, compatibility, or any response from another user.

Camera, microphone, and consent

Android may request camera or microphone access after you choose a call, voice message, or capture action. Do not record, retransmit, or publish a session unless every person involved has given the consent required by law. End a call and use block or report controls when an interaction feels unsafe.

Your content and permission to operate

You retain ownership of material you submit. You give BridgeWave Trade Limited a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, transmit, format, display, and technically reproduce that material only as reasonably necessary to run, secure, moderate, support, and improve Cain. This is not a sale of your content and the permission ends for active systems when the content is removed, subject to lawful retention described in the Privacy Policy.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for each photo, message, voice recording, or other item you submit.

Conduct that is not allowed

You may not use Cain to:

• commit or facilitate unlawful acts, fraud, scams, money laundering, or identity theft;
• threaten, stalk, harass, extort, hatefully target, or repeatedly contact a person after they ask you to stop;
• groom, solicit, sexualize, exploit, or endanger a child, or create, request, keep, or share suspected CSAM;
• send non-consensual intimate imagery, private data, malware, bulk spam, or deceptive links;
• offer sexual services, arrange coercive activity, or trick another user into paying;
• scrape or harvest profiles, disrupt calls, reverse engineer the service, or automate access without permission; or
• circumvent age, safety, payment, moderation, blocking, or enforcement controls.

Never download, copy, forward, or email suspected CSAM. Follow the Child Safety Policy reporting instructions.

Reports, blocks, and enforcement

Use available profile or conversation controls to block a user and submit a report. You can also contact ishamescovar@gmail.com. We may assess available information, hide or remove material, limit communications, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, and refer serious concerns to a competent authority.

Where practical, we may explain an action or offer an appeal route. We cannot promise a particular outcome or deadline and may limit notice to protect another person or an investigation.

Google Play purchases and ads

If Cain offers digital items or subscriptions through Google Play, the store's billing terms and checkout process apply. A recurring subscription normally continues until canceled in Google Play; uninstalling Cain or deleting an account does not itself cancel it. Refunds and billing disputes follow the applicable store rules.

Cain may show advertising or measure ad events when enabled and lawful. An advertisement is not an endorsement by BridgeWave Trade Limited, and you must not bypass an approved purchase flow.

Ownership and outside services

The Cain name, design, software, and service materials belong to BridgeWave Trade Limited or its licensors. These Terms give you only the permission needed to use the service. Google Play, network, payment, and other linked services may impose separate terms and privacy notices.

Service changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, pause, or retire a feature for technical, safety, legal, commercial, or maintenance reasons. We may suspend or terminate an account, limit access, or close a profile when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these rules, address non-payment, or comply with law. You can stop using Cain and request deletion through the Account Deletion page.

Content ownership, payment duties, liability limits, and other provisions that should continue remain effective after access ends.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cain is supplied on an “as available” basis. We do not promise continuous service, error-free content, another user's identity or conduct, compatibility, a safe outcome, or a particular call quality. Use judgment when sharing content or meeting anyone.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BridgeWave Trade Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for harm caused by another user, an unavailable network, or content you choose to exchange. Nothing here removes a consumer right or liability that law does not permit us to exclude.

Applicable law and contact

These Terms use applicable law as the governing standard. Mandatory consumer protections and courts available under the law where you live remain unaffected. Send questions to ishamescovar@gmail.com.

We may revise this page when Cain or the law changes. The effective date identifies the current version; continued use after an update accepts it to the extent permitted by law.

Prohibited use reminder

The prohibited uses above are conditions of access. Do not use Cain to bypass safety or account controls, or to harm another person.
